What does the app do?

The app automatically finds event tickets in your email and organizes them in one place so you can easily access them when you need them. No more searching through inboxes at the venue entrance.

How does Ticket Pouch find my tickets?

Once you connect your email, Ticket Pouch scans for ticket confirmations from common ticket companies and event platforms. When it finds one, it automatically stashes it in your pouch.

Which email accounts can I connect?

Most apps support common providers such as:

• Gmail
• Outlook / Microsoft
• Yahoo
• Apple iCloud

More providers may be added over time.


What kinds of tickets work with Ticket Pouch?

If it comes through email, there’s a good chance we can grab it.

Common ones include:
• Concerts
• Sports events
• Festivals
• Theater shows
• Comedy nights
• Conferences

Basically… if you’re walking through a gate and someone scans your phone, Ticket Pouch wants to help.

Is it safe to connect my email?

Yes. The app only scans for ticket confirmation emails and does not read or store unrelated messages. Your data is encrypted and protected.
Your inbox stays your business.

Do you store my email password?

No. The app uses secure authorization through your email provider (OAuth). Your password is never visible to or stored by the app.

Do I have to upload tickets myself?

Usually, nope.

Most tickets appear automatically after your email is connected. If one slips through the cracks, you can:

• Upload the ticket image
• Forward the email
• Add the event manually

Think of it as backup storage for your concert brain.

Is connecting my email safe?

Yep. Ticket Pouch only scans for ticket confirmation emails.

We don’t read your personal emails and we never store your email password. Everything is protected using secure login authorization.


What types of tickets work with the app?

The app works with many common event tickets, including:

• Concerts
• Sports events
• Theater shows
• Festivals
• Comedy shows
• Conferences

Supported ticket platforms may include Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, AXS, and others.

What if my ticket doesn’t show up?

A couple things to check:

• Make sure the confirmation email is in your inbox
• Refresh the app
• Try forwarding the ticket email to your second email address or add a second email address

You can add tickets manually by:

• Uploading the ticket image
• Forwarding the confirmation email
• Adding event details yourself


Can I use my tickets without internet?

Yes. Once tickets are added to the app, they are stored so you can pull them up even if you have limited signal at the venue.



Can I share tickets with friends?

Many tickets can be shared right from the app depending on where the ticket is stored, some can be transferred only through the ticket provider.

Perfect for when someone in your crew texts:

“Wait… you have my ticket right?”


Does Ticket Pouch replace the ticket provider?

Nope. Ticket Pouch doesn’t replace ticket companies.

It just organizes your tickets in one easy place so you don’t have to remember which app, email, or website they’re hiding in.



What happens if my ticket changes or gets transferred?

If your ticket provider sends an update email, the app can update the ticket automatically.


Does the app cost money?

Our apps offers:

• A free basic version
• A premium version with additional features such as multiple inboxes, travel organization, or event reminders



How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
This removes your stored tickets and connected email access.


I’m at the gate and can’t find my ticket. Help.

First: breathe. We got you.

1.     Open Ticket Pouch

2.     Tap your event

3. Click the link to where the ticket is stored

4.     Pull up the ticket barcode/QR code

5.     Let the gate scanner do its thing

Worst case, search the event name in the search bar in the ticket pouch and it should pop right up.

The pouch was built specifically for this exact moment.
