Meet the Band

We aren’t a corporation built in a boardroom.  We are a family.

Some of us met more than 30 years ago, we all met through the Grateful Dead. A shared devotion to live music, community, and experiences that only happen when people come together in real life. Long before this became a business, it was a friendship. We followed bands, traded tapes, stood in long lines, and built lifelong bonds around shows, parking lots, and late-night conversations. 

Over the decades, we went on to build successful careers, raise families, and put down roots, but one thing never changed: we kept going to shows. Live music has been the thread that’s connected every chapter of our lives, it’s shaped how we think about life.

Working together now isn’t a corporate strategy, it’s a dream. We share the unspoken rule: follow the music, the rest will sort itself out. Everything always does except for that one thing…

the dreaded I can’t Find my f-ing ticket panic and the question that set this endeavor in motion…“Can’t we make an app for this?” and so we did, because this isn’t just a business, it’s self help.

During this venture we lost one of our beloved crew.




We dedicate this next adventure to you Jeffrey Greenberg, now and forever our guiding light.
